What we do

We provide one-to-one coaching and workshop programmes to support businesses and employees before, during and after maternity

Maternity coaching programmes

Help women prepare for maternity, plan their return to work and the logistics involved, and re-engage successfully.

Manager programmes

The line manager relationship is the most significant work-related factor in retaining returners. Helping them to understand better the maternity transition has a big impact on their maternity returners.

Flexible working programmes

Support managers, job sharers, individuals and teams to implement flexible working successfully.

Paternity programmes

Support fathers to manage the transition to parenthood .
