Maternity Coaching

Maternity coaching is a natural addition to Kerrith's career coaching portfolio. Kerrith draws from her own experience of balancing a fulfilling career with the fresh challenges motherhood brings to support women through this period of transition. Kerrith encourages an open and honest dialogue with clients, helping them to explore what is really important to them as the demands on them as a working mother evolve.


A strong business experience was developed whilst at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both management consultancy and audit practices in a range of HR roles. Having spent over 15 years working on projects focusing on organisational and behavioural change it was a natural transition to move into consultancy in 2000.

Training & Qualifications

An accredited ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor with a Diploma in Performance Coaching and an INLPTA NLP Diploma. A member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, a lead trainer in Criteria Based Interviewing and Belbin Accredited.


Specialist sectors knowledge includes Professional and financial services, the legal sector and manufacturing.
Recent clients include Barclays Bank, Deloitte, Disney, Addleshaw Goddard, Talk Talk, Opal Telecommunications, The Co-operative Group, The Arts Council, Pets at Home and ITV.
